1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

• Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@holistix-sportswear.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
• Ship Your Item: Please send the item(s) back to us using the shipping label provided. If a shipping label is not provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@holistix-sportswear.com.
• To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at support@holistix-sportswear.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@holistix-sportswear.com.
